Cancelation Policy 'excluding Pre-Orders':

Customer initiated cancellations must be requested before shipping out your order, a 3% credit card fee will be taken from your refund amount. Our Shipping and Processing time is, "as soon as possible" to 2 days before shipping out a purchased product.

Upon initiation of your cancellation request, please title your email as, "Cancel My Order," on the subject line of your email with your order information. Please Email us and we will respond as soon as possible to remediate the issue with our customers. So that a mutual agreement is reached for both parties regarding any order discrepancies. 

Cancellations regarding Pre-Orders will be outlined in our 'Pre-Order Policy'. If the discrepancy is regarding your pre-order, please refer to our 'Pre-Order Policy' page for more details.
