We, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles, do not accept customer initiated refunds for any product purchased before release date. When purchasing a pre-order product from us, the purchase value of the item may change towards release date of the purchased product. When purchasing a pre-order with Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles, the buyer agrees to follow through with their transaction with the current price of the product at time of purchase. 

 

We, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles, agree to only offer our customers products viewed here on our Website that we have received valid confirmation of  Order receipt of  the Products allocated to us  per our Distributors' Orders.

Pre-Order Refund Exceptions and Distributor Allocation Discrepancies:

 We, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles, agree to only initiate the refund process with our customers, when a Distributor Allocation of  Product Discrepancy should occur. 

• Due to the variable nature of  Distributor Orders and Shipments, our Distributors have a right to exercise their right to cancel our allocations at any time. Also, Shipment Delays can occur due to transit delay issues with our Distributor Product Orders. Should this occur, our customers' will be notified in a timely fashion via email or a preferred contact method of their choosing in an attempt to remediate this unforeseen circumstance. 

 

We, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles will then offer our customers' a full refund of their purchase order  and we agree to undertake any and all Processing Fees for the inconvenience on behalf of our customers' should this discrepancy occur.
