Policy Title:

Restriction on Shipping Online Orders to Third-Party Freight Forwarding Locations within the USA

Policy Purpose:

This policy establishes the guidelines and restrictions for shipping online orders from Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles, specifically prohibiting the shipment of orders to third-party freight forwarding locations within the United States.

 

Scope:

This policy applies to all online orders placed through the Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles website and any associated e-commerce platforms, regardless of the customer’s location within the USA.

 

Policy Statement:

To maintain the integrity of our shipping and fulfillment processes, as well as to prevent potential fraud, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles does not permit the shipment of orders to third-party freight forwarding locations within the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, services where packages are received at an address for forwarding to another destination.

 

Definitions:

Third-Party Freight Forwarding Location: A service or location where goods are received, stored temporarily, and then shipped to another address, typically outside the United States. These services act as intermediaries between the original shipper and the final destination of the goods.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

No Shipment to Freight Forwarders: Orders placed online cannot be shipped to any address that is associated with a third-party freight forwarding company within the United States.

 

Verification:

During the order processing, Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to verify shipping addresses and to cancel any orders where the shipping address matches a known freight forwarding location.

 

Enforcement:

Any order suspected to be directed to a freight forwarding location will be flagged for review. If confirmed, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified. Refunds will be processed according to Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles’ Refund Policy.

 

Exceptions:

This policy is non-negotiable. 

 

Effective Date:

This policy is effective immediately for all new and existing orders. Any changes or updates will be communicated via Duel Haus Cards & Collectibles’ official channels.
